We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the exact condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number) is required.

Items Non-Returnable After 7 Days

Any return request submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your tech item or accessory arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at techaesthesis@gmail.com with photos/videos of the issue so we can inspect and resolve it immediately via a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
